Namaste, I am Nimisha
I'm a yoga and Pilates instructor, and a management consultant who understands the toll high-performance careers can take on the body. I've lived the pace, the pressure, and the disconnect.
During the peak of MBA recruitment at INSEAD, I realized just how much I needed to pause and reconnect. What began as a few personal classes turned into a deep commitment, and eventually, Balance With Nim.
I bring together the discipline of yoga, the precision of Pilates, and the calm of breathwork, tailored for the pace of modern life. My lifelong curiosity about human health and wellness, nurtured early on as the daughter of a doctor, shapes how I guide each session: with care, depth, and respect for the body.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in India and am currently pursuing my 300-hour certification to further my understanding and expertise. Rooted in tradition and refined through experience, I design my sessions to offer more than movement, so you can feel strong, centred, and at home in your body again.
