Namaste, I am Nimisha

A yoga and Pilates instructor, and a management consultant, I’ve lived the pace of high-performance careers and know firsthand how easily the body could be neglected in the process.

Balance With Nim was born from that awareness: a space offering thoughtful, customized movement experiences for those seeking more than just a workout. The approach is intentional, refined, and restorative, aimed at helping you feel strong, centred, and at balance within yourself again!
